After saying good-bye to their Spanish friends, Poly visited a local gallery in the heart of the city. This gallery holds the work of local painter Amalio. Through a series of guided hands-on activities, they learned about Amalio’s work, with a focus on Spain’s largest minority, Gypsies, and flamenco music.
At the end of their visit, Poly Prep students had a private flamenco guitar performance by a local young artist.
