Days 1-2


USA - Sevilla

Picture

​• Arrive at Sevilla airport and meet your Tour Director and Team Leader
• Board bus and travel to Sevilla’s city center
• Meet host families. During the homestay program, breakfast and dinner will be with the host family. Box lunch will be prepared by family daily. 

Day 5


Day at Local School

​• Meet your Tour Director and Team Leader
• Spend a day visiting and attending classes at a local school. You will meet with your Spanish buddy, accompanying them in their classes.
• Kayak/bike or walking sightseeing tour together with local Spanish students
• Return to host families 

Day 3


Monuments

​• Meet your Tour Director and Team Leader
• Have a sightseeing tour that includes Sevilla’s cathedral, the Alcazar (Europe’s oldest active royal palace), and Santa Cruz historic Jewish quarter.
• Visit Sephardic interpretation center to learn about Jewish heritage and cuture in medieval Spain.
• Free time to stroll through the historic city center and do some shopping
• Return to host families

Day 6


Córdoba

​• Meet your Tour Director and Team Leader
• Day trip to Córdoba. In Cordoba we will get to see the Mezquita, a magnificent World Heritage medieval mosque. 
• Visit La Casa Árabe interpretation center to learn about Arabic heritage and culture in Spain.
• Return to host families

Day 4


Soccer Day

• Meet your Tour Director and Team Leader
​• Visit Parque de Maria Luisa, and Sevilla's largest monument Plaza de España
​• Explore the Fabrica de Tabacos, the original setting of Bizet's opera Carmen, now the headquarters of the University of Sevilla
​• Visit local La Liga soccer stadium and/or attend soccer game.
 • Return to host families

Day 7


Sustainable Farm

​• Meet your Spain Prep Tour Director
​• Visit Sustainable Honey Bee Farm and learn about bee keeping
• Cooking workshop at the farm
• Visit Europe's largest Wind Farm to learn about 
this clean sustainable energy source
• Board bus to El Palmar Beach
 • Accommodation in local hostel/hotel (two nights)



Day 8


Surf Classes & Whale

• Surf class and practice at local surf school
• Whale-watching boat ride, learn about Oceans protection
• Visit the beautiful medieval town of Vejer de la Frontera
• Farewell Paella Party by the sea

Day 9


Sevilla - USA

• Board your flight back home
