York Prep's Spain Trip, 2017
This trip is designed to provide students with a variety of sociocultural and linguistic experiences that will help them grow as critical thinkers. Through fully-immersive, authentic hands-on activities, students will be exposed to Spanish culture and language, in a setting that fosters learning by doing. Our ultimate goal is to bring the school's lessons and values to life through this educational journey, helping students to grow as global citizens on an unforgettable life-changing adventure.
TRIP INCLUDES
- Round trip airfare from NYC for students and chaperones
- 2 complimentary chaperones for this group
- BASIC travel insurance (optional)
- Ground transportation within Spain
- All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
- All visits, activities, tours and admissions, as described on the itinerary *
- Pen pal match-ups with students in Spain
- Service of a full-time professional bilingual Spain Prep tour director for the duration of the trip
- All tips: restaurants, guides, drivers and tour director
- Applicable service fees and taxes
- For the Students:
- Accommodation in triple or quadruple rooms in Sevilla with host families
- For the chaperones:
- Accommodation in single rooms in Sevilla in hotels, hostels or private apartments
- Special chaperones visits and activities
* Some activities are much requested and are subject to availability - when an activity is not possible to book, it will be replaced by a suitable activity chosen by your group leaders. Guided visits of museums are subject to availability and when possible, audio guides will be arranged in replacement.
