2018 Language Teachers Trip to Spain

Application Form

Registration for the program is open until May 31, 2018. In order to apply, please complete the following form. Upon acceptance, we will send you an invoice for the initial deposit. Your participation in the program will be confirmed once we receive your deposit. 
TRIP FEES*
Trip Fees:
  • Week 1: $ 690
  • Week 2: $ 989 (includes weekend wellness retreat for educators in Granada)
  • Both Weeks: $ 1,499  SAVE $ 180 
(From March 25, 2018 fees will rise 10%)

​Payment plans available. All fees are refundable if you cancel by May 20, 2018. ​There is a limit of 10 participants for week, 2 and a minimum of 4.

  • Daily Cultural Activities 
  • Guided Tours 
  • One excursion per week:
  • Day trip to Ronda with winery visit (Week 1)
  • All-inclusive Weekend Wellness Retreat for Educators in Granada (Week 2)​​
  • ​Service of professional bilingual Spain Prep program director
​Not included:
Airfare; accommodation in Sevilla; meals that are not listed on the itinerary; transportation to/from your home city; travel insurance

​Accommodation options:
Spain PREP can arrange your stay with a host family in Sevilla, with full board. You can find your own accommodation in Sevilla, if you prefer.
  • Accommodation with host family in Sevilla with breakfast, lunch and dinner included:
  • Week 1: $ 300
  • Week 2: $ 215​  ​
  • Both weeks: $ 490​  ​

​Scholarship/Referral Program:
  • Refer a friend or colleague and each receive a $100 scholarship for one week, or $150  two weeks

​PAYMENTS
  • This sum includes all activities scheduled as part of the trip. The fee does not include airfare, accommodation, daily meals, items of a personal nature, health or travel insurance, or elective activities above and beyond the program.
  • A deposit of $55 US is due with the application. 
  • The balance is due May 20, 2018. 
  • All payments including the deposit are refundable if you cancel by May 20, 2018. 
  • Between May 20 and June 6, 2018 50% of program fees will be refunded in case of cancellation.
  • If you cancel after June 6, 2018 no refunds are possible. ​
​We accept major credit cards, Pay Pal, bank transfers or personal checks.

    You will receive an invoice after submitting this application. Payments can be made with personal check, Pay Pal or credit card. Your balance is due by May 20.

    $100 for 1 Week; $150 for 2 weeks.

    Participant has read and agrees to the Terms and Conditions. Participant is responsible for all payments and failure to do so will result in cancellation of his/her participation in the program. Participant accepts cancellation policy described above. The maximum number of participants is 10, and the minimum is 4.
