Your company is invited to sponsor and exhibit during the NICE Inaugural Conference, at Centro Universitario EUSA, Sevilla. This event will give your organization exposure to international immersion educators and schools.
Below you will find information about the different sponsorship opportunities:

  • Welcome dinner (Thursday 7/11) - $1,000
We will welcome our attendees with a special dinner event at a classic restaurant in Sevilla. Your company will be named as sole sponsor of the Welcome Dinner; an opportunity to speak at the dinner; mentioned in conference program and signage with your logo  at event.

  • Breakfast (Friday and Saturday) - $200 each
​All participants will register and meet for breakfast and discussion during the conference. Give them a reason to stop by your booth to thank you! Your company name will appear adjacent to the breakfast area; your company will also be ackowledged in the workshop program.

  • Exhibitor table (Friday and Saturday) - $250 (1 table), $350 (2 tables)

  • Exhibit Hall Coffee Breaks (Friday and Saturday) -  $200 each
Attendees always appreciate it when coffee is provided in the exhibit hall. Your company name will appear adjacent to the coffee break area; your company will also be ackowledged in the workshop program.

  • Conference Program Ad - $100
Our conference program is packed with information that attendees will consult often, both during and after the Conference. Place your logo prominently on the program to remind attendees of your company’s name and encourage them to visit your booth! Includes your full-page advertisement on the back cover.

  • Conference Name Badges - $200
The name badges and badge holders worn by all participants at NICE conference sport the company name of the badge sponsor — everyone sees them all over the place. A sponsorship with high name recognition!

  • Conference Tote Bags - $300
Display your company name and logo on the bag everyone will carry throughout the conference!

  • Conference Sponsor -  $4,000
Your company will be listed on our website and in our program with a special thank you for your sponsorship!

  • Wine & Cheese Farewell Reception - $600
Your company named as sole sponsor of the wine & cheese reception; an opportunity to speak at the event; mentioned in conference program and signage with your logo on site.

  • Raffle Prize Donation
Your company donates prizes to be raffled off at the event; your company will be ackowledged in the workshop program.
